We process all renewals and/or postage costs for our baby subscription on the 1st of each month.
All subscribers will receive an email notification from Trendy Baby Box. To inform them their renewal date and payment is due.
How are payments processed?
Unless you inform us to cancel or suspend your subscription. Trendy Baby Box will attempt to process your renewal payment automatically. If the payment is successful you will receive a payment receipt and confirmation that you will receive the coming month’s box.
Consequently if we are unable to process your payment automatically. You will receive a further email from us notifying you that the payment has failed and asking you to complete this manually in your account section of Trendy Baby Box.
