Yes you can, simply log into your account with Trendy Baby Box and you will see an address tab and account tab on the left hand side.
To change your name or email please go to the account tab, update the details and click save changed.
To change you address, please do to the address tab, choose whether you wish to amend your billing or shipping address by clicking the little pencil in the box next to the relevant address. Next tick the box to update all your subscriptions with the new details, before clicking on the save address button
PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE CONFIRM that your information has successfully updated on our system (especially shipping address). We are not responsible for any shipping errors if the shipping information is not correctly reflected on your account. If you have trouble updating your information, please email us at [email protected] and we can update your information for you.
IMPORTANT: If you are changing your shipping address for an order that has already been processed, then you must email us to change your shipping address on your order. Changing the shipping address in your profile will only update your shipping address for upcoming orders. Processed means that you have been billed and you have already been assigned an order # (typically on the 1st of the month).
