We will send you a delivery confirmation by email when your box has been dispatched each month.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your box to arrive.
If you still have not received your box, please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate as to where your box is.
Please Note:If you need to change the delivery address on your subscription, please ensure you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation.
If you have updated your delivery address in your account details, please also ensure you have emailed us at [email protected] to ensure this has been updated for the next month’s box. Addresses changed on or after 25th of the month, will only be activate from the following month’s delivery.
