What do I do if one of my items are damaged?

If you receive an item within your subscription box that is damaged or defective, please email us with photo(s) of the damaged item(s) within seven days of receiving your box. Validity of the damage or missing item(s) will be at the discretion of Trendy Baby Box. We cannot guarantee that will we be able to replace the specific item (s) like for like, but we will try our best to do so for you or send you a suitable alternative.
